Privacy Policy

What we collect

We collect only what you choose to give us and what is needed to run the site. That falls into three groups:

• Information you submit — name, email, phone or WhatsApp number, company, project details, budget and timeline, and any files you attach to a project inquiry.
• Conversations with the project assistant — the messages you send to the on-site chatbot, and the contact details you provide there if you choose to.
• Usage data — pages viewed, referring source, campaign parameters, approximate location, device and browser, collected through Google Analytics and the Meta Pixel.

How we use it

Information you submit is used to understand your project, prepare for a consultation, and reply to you. That is the whole purpose.

Usage data is used in aggregate to understand which pages and campaigns are effective, and to improve the site.

What we never do

• We do not sell your information to anyone, ever.
• We do not share your project details with third parties except the service providers listed below, who process data on our behalf.
• We do not use the contents of your project inquiry for anything other than responding to it.
• We do not add you to a marketing list because you submitted an inquiry.

Service providers

We use a small number of providers to run this site. Each processes data only on our instructions:

• Supabase — database and file storage for inquiries, consultations and attachments.
• Groq — processes chatbot messages to generate assistant replies.
• Google Analytics — website usage measurement.
• Meta Pixel — advertising measurement and conversion tracking.
• Our hosting provider — serves the website and stores server logs.

Cookies and tracking

Analytics and advertising tools set cookies to measure visits and conversions. You can block or delete these through your browser settings, or use your browser's tracking protection — the site works normally either way. We do not use cookies to build advertising profiles ourselves.

We store your theme preference and campaign attribution in your browser's local storage. Neither is sent anywhere except with a form you choose to submit.

File uploads

Files attached to a project inquiry are stored in private storage that is not publicly accessible. They are read only by our team, only to understand your project. Tell us if you would like them deleted and we will remove them.

How long we keep it

Inquiries and consultation requests are kept while there is an active or potential working relationship, and for a reasonable period afterwards for our records. Ask us to delete your information and we will, unless we are legally required to retain it.

Your rights

You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, ask for it to be deleted, or withdraw consent for tracking at any time. Email us and we'll action it.

Security

Data is transmitted over encrypted connections and stored with access controls that restrict it to the people who need it. Uploaded files are validated and stored privately. No system is perfectly secure, but we treat your project information as confidential and design accordingly.
